Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PrimeKart is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

PrimeKart is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
